People are complex creatures, not simply a collection of bones and muscles to hit with a random exercise session. We all have up days and low days, our own little personal characteristics that make each one of us unique.

If you’ve been looking around at the web sites of other Personal Trainers, you’ve probably noticed that they all churn out the usual run-of-the-mill stuff that you can read in any one of a dozen magazines at any given time about why you need to exercise and its inherent benefits.

If you’re here, you probably already know exactly what benefits you can gain from regular exercise and you’re probably well aware of the importance of performing that exercise correctly.

​

Only experience can teach you how to make the most of a person's strengths and how to make the best of their weaknesses.

​

Quite simply, there is nothing that ensures that and motivates and focuses like personal training.

I use all kinds of training styles and methods that I adapt to suit each client individually.

​

No two people are the same.  I have clients of all ages, fitness and ability levels.  It's common sense that that their exercise programs will differ.

​

Presently, my client base ranges in age from 21 to 77.  The oldest client I've had was a lady of 86.  Age really isn't a barrier.  We can all do something to improve our physical health and fitness.

​

It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner and have never done any kid of exercise before...

​

It doesn't matter whether you're in your 20's and hate the gym, a lady going through the menopause or a middle aged man who's aware of that waist expanding...

​

Personal training is for everyone....including you.

​
